(Boursier.com) — On March 5, the Board of Directors of Dassault Aviation decided to reduce the capital of the company by canceling 1,850,554 own shares held in registered form. They represent 2.29% of the company’s share capital.
This capital reduction took effect on March 8, 2024.
The share capital of Dassault Aviation now amounts to 63,161,449.60 euros, divided into 78,951,812 shares of 80 euro cents each, fully paid up.
This operation has no significant impact on Dassault Aviation’s shareholding.
Remember that Dassault Aviation shares are currently trading at 180.8 euros.
