Dassault Aviation: Oddo raises its price target

(CercleFinance.com) – Oddo BHF reiterates its ‘outperformance’ opinion on Dassault Aviation with a price target raised from 170 to 175 euros, highlighting exposure to rising interest rates ‘which is pushing EPS’ and a momentum in terms of order intake.

‘The valuation remains as attractive as ever with a core business of just under 4.5 billion euros which implies a value of less than a billion euros of the Falcons if we value the military activity online with European peers’, also underlines the analyst.

The design office expects Dassault Aviation to publish, on March 9, a solid financial year 2022 with an EBIT that it anticipates at 504 million euros, down only 4.4% compared to 2021 in despite a drop of 12 Rafale export deliveries.
