(CercleFinance.com) – Dassault Systèmes announced on Tuesday that French automaker Hopium is using its cloud-based 3DExperience platform to develop the Machina, its high-end hydrogen-powered sedan.
The software group explains that the platform must allow Hopium to use collaborative applications in terms of design, engineering and simulation, from the concept to the construction phase of the prototype.
The Hopium Machina, a racing car that can be recharged in three minutes to reach a speed of 230 km/hour and travel more than 1,000 km, is due to be launched in 2025.
