(CercleFinance.com) – Dassault Systèmes announces the entry into force from this day of the organization of its governance, unveiled on April 27, making its founder Charles Edelstenne the honorary chairman of the company, in addition to his continued function of administrator.
Bernard Charlès, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, becomes Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Pascal Daloz, Chief Operating Officer, becomes Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He is also a member of the board of directors.
The enterprise software publisher also recalls that Laurence Daures (formerly Lescourret), independent director and chair of the compensation and selection committee, was appointed lead director on March 15, 2022.
