Invited on the set of C à vous on Wednesday April 20, 2022, singer Dave returned to his terrible accident, which occurred last January and which had plunged him into a coma.
On January 25, 2022, Dave was victim of a heavy fall when he was at home in Paris and wanted “washing jeans“. Her husband, Patrick Loiseau had found her lying on the ground, without knowledge and contacted the emergency room. Urgently evacuated to Percy Military Hospital, he remained for several days in a coma, its vital prognosis being uncertain. A few days later, he was transferred to another hospital where he gradually recovered from his accident.
Invited by Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine on April 20, 2022, Dave went to the set of It’s up to you where is he returned from his accident. “I do not remember anything” he began before continuing: “It’s still something that changed me. When you fall like that and you wake up weeks later and you don’t remember anything, it’s not funny“.
Dave confides in his after-effects: “I no longer have taste or smell”.
If today the 77-year-old singer is recovering from his accident, he told Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine that he still had consequences. If it is for example forbidden to drive, Dave also admits to having more serious problems. He notably confided:What is serious is the problem of balance. When I get up, I feel like I’m falling“.
Finally, another health problem, due to his cerebral hemorrhage, is more disabling. it’s about the loss of taste and smell. “Everyone thinks I have the Covid” he explained with humor before confiding that the evolution was uncertain: “I saw the neurologist, it can come back in three days, three months or never“. Dave now wants to recover as soon as possible to be able to back on stage and above all, find his fans.
