On their second day in Boston, William and Kate trumped with a color-coordinated partner look – including a Christmas touch.

Punctually on December 1st, Prince William (40) and Princess Kate (40) heralded the Advent season during their visit to Boston. After the two landed in the United States on Wednesday night and attended a Boston Celtics NBA game, they sported color-coordinated outfits on Thursday.

First it went to the climate technology start-ups of Greentown Labs and later to the non-profit organization Roca. For her performance, Kate threw herself into a burgundy pantsuit consisting of a blazer and wide trousers, underneath which she wore a pink tie-neck blouse. William presented himself in a dark blue suit, under which he wore a burgundy sweater to match Kate’s look, a white shirt and a dark tie.

On Instagram, they captured the second day of their US trip with several photos showing the couple speaking with representatives from Greentown Labs and young parents and their children who are supported by Roca. “Fantastic to meet people from both organizations today”, it says in the post.

Earthshot Prize Awards on Friday

Prince William and Princess Kate are currently in Boston to host the Earthshot Prize Awards. The same event takes place on Friday. Five entrepreneurs will each receive £1m (about €1.2m) to support their work on climate change. A line-up of stars comes together for the event. In addition to Prince William and Princess Kate, Billie Eilish (20), Annie Lennox (67), Ellie Goulding (35) and the R&B duo Chloe x Halle appear.
