(Boursier.com) — The group DBT presents its new strategic plan for the period 2024-2028, which is based on a strong growth trajectory, driven by the rise of electric mobility.

After a 2021-2023 period marked by a profound transformation of the group with successful development in the professions of designer/manufacturer of fast electric terminals (Milestone Offer) and electric vehicle charging operator (R3 Network), DBT displays its ambitions strong acceleration of its growth and return to operational profitability thanks to a value proposition perfectly adapted to meet the challenges of its customers in the field of fast electric charging.

The year 2023 made it possible to finalize the Group’s strategic direction for the next 5 years, notably with three strong axes: the release of an innovative B2B range of Milestone fast terminals designed and assembled in France; accelerating the development of a new R3 (Fast Charging Network) economic model; targeting the fast charging market, i.e. destination sites (shopping centers, restaurant chains, etc.) as opposed to large transit sites such as highways.

Given its strong dynamics, DBT has the objective of reaching the milestone of 25 ME in turnover in 2025 and 50 ME in 2028 driven by the development of the “operator” activity thanks to the intensification of deployment of the network of available stations and the increase in their utilization rate.

Necessary evolution of the financial structure

To support its strong development, DBT has initiated a reflection on the optimization of its financing strategy until now ensured by the use of an Oceane program concluded with its partner Alpha Blue Ocean (ABO), manager of the company European Select Sustainable Investments. Aware of the need to put an end to the use of an Oceane program and in full collaboration with its partner ABO, the Group is currently studying other financing alternatives.

“Our vision for the group is to become a leading player in the areas of supplying fast charging stations and operating charging hubs in peri-urban areas. We will intensify our efforts to strengthen end-to-end support for our customers. end, from the design of the terminals to the operation of the sites. By capitalizing on the ingenuity of our employees, the synergies existing between the group’s businesses and the strong expected growth in the market, we will amplify the growth of our activity and quickly return to profitable operations”, concludes Alexandre Borgoltz, Managing Director of DBT.
