The Philarmonie range is not limited to cooking plates. It also includes built-in ovens including the very sophisticated AI Talent Combi Steam DOR4747B. This built-in oven uses pulsed heat: the usual top and bottom resistances are accompanied by a circular resistance at the bottom of the cavity which surrounds a fan, responsible for distributing the heat evenly throughout the muffle. In addition, De Dietrich equipped his new flagship with a steam generator; in cooking, steam helps maintain the tenderness of meats or even facilitates the rise of dough, and still in the field of baking, to facilitate the creation of a crispy crust. Note that the manufacturer promises that it is also possible to cook food using steam, which very few models that are not 100% steam are capable of doing: the Samsung Dual Cook NV7B6795JAK is the only one we have tested which embeds such functionality.

No doubt to exploit all these cooking possibilities, the AI ​​Talent Combi Steam DOR4747B built-in oven includes a very rich cooking assistant; De Dietrich actually promises 150 automatic programs. All the user has to do is choose the dish to cook, then indicate the quantity (in pieces or by weight) so that the oven automatically selects the most suitable cooking mode, the ideal temperature and the duration of the operation. . According to the technical sheet, there are also 28 recipes dedicated to pastry. For a perfect result, the DOR4747B also benefits from a humidity sensor to stop cooking or inject steam at the right time. But experienced chefs rest assured! A manual mode with which you can configure your cooking from A to Z is also provided.

And in fact, the control panel benefits from a large 4.3-inch touch screen, combined with a wheel. For greater responsiveness, the manufacturer specifies that the latter “allows extremely precise adjustment using its notched selector and unparalleled fluidity of navigation thanks to its patented bearing“. To further emphasize its Premium side, De Dietrich has provided telescopic rails in the cavity of the DOR4747B, a very practical accessory for handling heavy and/or large dishes. Note that the oven comes with 2 racks, a drip pan, a steam dish, an AirFry perforated dish and two flavor half-grids.
