Behavior Interactive did numerous announcements on the occasion of the eighth anniversary of Dead by Daylight. The Canadian studio notably unveiled the Dungeons & Dragons Chapter from its multiplayer horror game to gameplay asymmetrical, as well as gameplay For The Cast of Frank Stonea single-player narrative horror game developed by Supermassive Games (Until Dawn), which will take place in the universe of DbD. But that’s obviously not all.
In the manner of the delusional Hooked on You two years ago, Behavior Interactive unveiled What the Fog, a game roguelite two-player cooperative play in the world of Dead by Daylight. Players play as adorable versions of Dwight, Claudette Or Feng Min and must work together to “survive in a hostile environment by running, jumping and shooting your way through an army of deadly monsters and bosses.” What the Fog is already available on PC, the first two million copies are free by connecting with a Behavior Accountotherwise you have to pay €4.99 on Steam.
The developers also gave news from Project Ta shooter, action and horror game PvE playable by one to four playersalways in the universe of Dead by Daylight. The title will first be approached via a program ofInsiders and playtests. As the developers explain in the video below, players of Project T will embody the Trespassersantiheroes trapped in the kingdom ofEntity. They will have to cooperate to survive Backwater and above all face the Thralls, horrible local creatures. THE gameplay will be action-oriented, with the ability to travel quickly in a pickup truck in this ever-changing world.
To go back to Dead by Daylight in himself, Behavior Interactive announced THE 2V8 modeor two Killers will hunt down eight Survivors on a larger map. THE gameplay will obviously be modified, traditional skills will give way to a class system and hooks will be replaced by cages. The developers are already giving us an appointment next July for a more detailed presentation of this game mode which already promises more action.
Finally, Behavior Interactive announcement a collaboration with Konami for a future Castlevania Chapter. Yes, the vampire franchise is everywhere at the moment (Dead Cells, V Rising, Vampire Survivors), except in a new game… For the moment we will have to content ourselves with the short teaser below, but we should learn more during a presentation on August 6. THE Castlevania Chapter will be launched in Dead by Daylight during the year 2024.
