After nine long years of waiting, Dead Island 2 is finally here. Well, we will still have to wait until Friday to get our hands on the title of Deep Silver And Dambuster Studiosbut the specialized English-speaking press delivers its verdict today. So, was the wait worth it?
Well, the reviews are pretty good, but not rave reviews. Dead Island 2 is a fun and quite pretty action game, the fights are dynamic and fast-paced, and the semi-open world is interesting to explore. The title is obviously not perfect, with a forgettable storyline, guns not very pleasant to use and a certain repetitiveness in the gameplay.
Dead Island 2 release date is set for April 21, 2023 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, you can find the game for €49.99 on Amazon or €69.99 at there Fnac or at Micromania.
