Franchise Dead Rising seemed to have been forgotten since the closure of Capcom Vancouver in 2018. The Canadian studio had developed the games in the saga since the second part, but today, it is the very first title designed by Capcom who is talking about him againwith a teaser:
The video makes it official Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, already expected sometime in 2024 on modern platforms. Frank West will therefore be back in a remastered version of the first Dead Risingthe title follows this photojournalist trapped in a Colorado shopping center during a zombie invasion. Frank West has three days to complete missions, the title is a real race against time with a quirky atmosphere. Even though the name uses the term Remasterthe graphical improvement may suggest a real remake.
