Questioned by the media ET Canada, the actor admitted that he had gone to the limit of legality to convince Hugh Jackman to put Logan’s claws back.
“I haven’t stopped pestering him for the past few years. I believe in timing, I think he’s ready now. I think he was excited about the idea of the movie, which was getting away from the character that he knew and that he left behind”he confided.

Indeed, after saying goodbye to Wolverine in 2017 in Logan, Hugh Jackman thought he was done with the clawed mutant. Nay!
