Almost four years after the release of the second part of “Deadpool”, fans are impatient to find Ryan Reynolds in the costume of this whimsical superhero with a much (too) hanged tongue. Fortunately, the actor has just made a tiny revelation about the sequel.
Asked by the American site Collider about the progress of Deadpool 3, the star of the films Free Guy and The Adam Project did not make any major revelations. Far from there. But Ryan Reynolds clearly hints that much clearer information about the hero’s next adventures is coming very soon.
“What I can say about this particular topic is that I hope to have some announcements to make in the near future. So I will be able to talk about Deadpool more clearly and definitively at some point, ”says a Ryan Reynolds obviously very careful about the choice of words. Last August, the actor revealed that the script was progressing, and that the idea was to start filming in the course of the year 2022. No news has been given since.
It’s no wonder, however, since since Disney’s takeover of 20th Century Fox, it’s been decided that Deadpool (Kevin Feige himself has confirmed the news) will be joining the MCU – Marvel Cinematic Universe – making him the first Marvel character to appear in a movie with an age restriction.
