The actress had thus embodied for ten years the daughter journalist Myriam Cordier in Les Cordiers, judge and copas well as the character of Laurence Moiret in tomorrow belongs to us, from 2017. But in 2020, she announced her departure from the TF1 program. “VS’is over for me! It’s the life of soap operas… Let’s go for new adventures…”, she had written on social networks, specifying that she wanted to leave the series because “the authors were out of inspiration for (s)his character“.

Despite her departure, the production of the series has never forgotten Charlotte Valandrey. As soon as her death was announced, the soap opera’s Instagram account published a message to pay tribute to the actress. “It is with deep sadness that we have just learned of the death of actress Charlotte Valandrey. The whole Tomorrow Belongs to Us family and Newen Studios is in mourning and sends its most sincere condolences to his family and loved ones.”, could we read. And this Thursday, July 14, the production decided to salute his memory in him dedicating the episode broadcast during the day. Thus, just before the start of the episode, viewers were able to discover on the screen the inscription “in tribute to Charlotte Valandrey” on a black screen. A tribute both sober and moving.
