Death of Elizabeth II: this important project that Meghan Markle put on stand-by for the time of mourning

On September 8, a whole country stopped living. When the death of Elizabeth II, Queen of England for more than seventy years, was announced, Britain was plunged into mourning as rarely before. While the Queen’s state of health was announced to be very fragile, her whole family gathered at Balmoral Castle in Scotland, to go to her bedside. His grandson Harry came as quickly as possible after he had been in Europe for several days with his wife Meghan Markle. Present on English soil, the Duke of Sussex did not have time to say goodbye to his grandmother, just like Princes William, Andrew and Edward, however, arrived a little before him.

Despite the tensions that may have existed in the past between the royal family and the young couple, this period of mourning has at least brought everyone together and a few days ago we saw Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton at the alongside Harry and Meghan. Formerly a successful actress, the sublime 41-year-old brunette has seen her notoriety soar thanks to her love affair with the Duke of Sussex and although she no longer really appears in cinema or on television, she continues to multiply the projects lately. Among these is a podcast titled Archetypesand for which she has released three episodes on Spotify since August 23.

His podcast put on hold

Circumstances require, Meghan Markle was forced to pause this project the time of mourning for the Queen of England and the advent of her son, Charles III. The news broke through a post on the podcast’s Spotify page: “The new episodes of Archetypes are going to be paused during the period of mourning for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II”. A period that will extend up to seven days after the queen’s funeral, which will take place on September 19.

In this podcast, for which Harry and Meghan received a very juicy contract, the former actress receives very famous personalities since on the first three episodes, it was the recent retiree Serena Williams, the singer Mariah Carey and the actress and producer Mindy Kaling. Unfortunately, fans of Meghan Markle will have to wait longer than expected to listen to the next episodes.
