Passionate about historical strategy games, Simon Hellwig co-founded Kalypso Media in 2006 with Stefan Marcinek and oversaw the development of a group now 200 strong across Germany, France, England, Japan and North America. Kalypso Media today encompasses five development studios (Realmforge Studios, Gaming Minds Studios, Claymore Game Studios, Nine Worlds Studios and Bulwark Studios) as well as the Kasedo Games label dedicated to digital games.
