Almost a week after the death of his brother from Covid-19, Igor Bogdanoff died on Monday January 3 at the Georges Pompidou European Hospital like his brother, as a result of the pandemic like his brother. A few hours after the announcement of his death, several celebrities have already merged in tributes against the famous scientific expert.
Following the death of Grichka Bogdanoff, Darius Rochebin had paid him a tribute, by posting an extract of the two brothers, which he had received in 2014 in one of his programs. The journalist then asked the emblematic duo to recite one of the many well-known poems in their repertoire.

Faced with the theatrical story of an excerpt from “La grasse matinée” by Jacques Prévert, Darius Rochebin was touched by the complicity of the former presenters of Temps X, and had questioned the two brothers on the day when one of between them will die. “There is something very moving about hearing from you. One day one of you will die before the other. We will all die. It is a prospect.”, he had started to declare, before being cut by one of the brothers who had answered him “That’s not sure”, in a humorous tone, triggering a giggle of the three men on the set. In his tweet written on December 28, Darius remembers this surprising questioning. “Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff refusing, with a laugh, the very idea of the death of the other. They spoke of the twinning experience with humor – “if we don’t give a damn about the world, it’s tenderly” – and vividly illustrated it, reciting hundreds of poems in two voices “, can we read on his tweet.
