Hideo Kojima recently said that he was working on several projects at the same time, but the one that should see the light of day first should logically be death stranding 2, given that it is the only one to have been presented publicly. If the first trailer of the title broadcast on the occasion of the Game Awards gave no indication of its potential release period, it seems that an artist who worked on the game has spilled the beans following the update of his profile. on his ArtStation page.
The wait promises to be long
Frank Aliberti is the artist in question. After working for a few months at PlayStation Studios Visual Arts, he now works for 2K Games, but on his profile, he also mentioned his participation in death stranding 2.
If we are interested, it is because Aliberti listed death stranding 2 for a release in the current 2024 on his profile page, while the game does not yet have an official release period. The information quickly made the rounds of the networks and has since been deleted by the person concerned, but ResEtera was able to keep a record of it. A screenshot which also allows you to see thatan FPS developed by PlayStation Studios Visual Arts should also be released the same year.
Nothing confirmed yet, but see death stranding 2 coming out in 2024 would be no surprise. Some had hoped to see the title arrive at the end of 2023, but the chances of that happening remained slim. We will nevertheless wait for confirmation from Kojima Productions to definitively draw a line under 2023 and to confirm or not this little blunder.
