Death Stranding: Low Roar singer Ryan Karazija has died

Last weekend was painful for all the fans of post rockwho learned the death of Ryan Karazija, founder of the group low-roar in which he was a lyricist, singer and guitarist. Ryan Karazija was only 40 years old and left us following complications related to pneumonia.

The sad news was revealed by his relatives on the account Facebook of the group, and in particular relayed by Hideo Kojima. As a reminder, the Japanese designer used several songs from low-roar for Death Stranding videos and soundtrack, titles sticking perfectly to this melancholic post-apocalyptic universe. Ryan Karazija had meanwhile said that this collaboration with Kojima had brought to light low-roar at a time when the band was not at its best.

The relatives of Ryan Karazija ask to respect their mourning, but specify that the sixth album of low-roar was almost finished. It will be completed and will come out well, at a date still unknown. A posthumous album, Ryan Karazija’s ultimate legacy for all post-rock lovers.
