DEATHLOOP: GOLDENLOOP update of September 20, details – DEATHLOOP


About a year after its launch on PC and PlayStation, DEATHLOOP is coming to Xbox Series, to offer itself to more players. To accompany this arrival, the developers have reserved a nice update to the playersthis one bringing some novelties.

We find, for example, a new weapon, new enemies, a new end or even improvements. Cross-play is also taken into account while several improvements are included, with the aim of making the experience better than it was. You can find the patch notes for this update below.

NEW CONTENT

  • Added a new ability, Runaway Module: Stun your enemies with this ability and its 4 upgrades.
  • Added a new weapon, ALLY Prototype: Use it to fry your enemies.
  • Added 2 new enemies: Face the armored garbage man and the dangerous paint bomb thrower.
  • Added an extended “Breaking the Loop” ending.
  • Added 4 improvements to the Masquerade ability: Customize Julianna’s Masquerade mod with new charms while protecting the time loop.
  • Adds New Double Charms: Enjoy 19 new full charms.
  • Added 11 new charms and 4 perks.
  • Added a new area to explore at Karl’s Bay.
  • Added new waiting animations for the player: Show your mastery of weapons and mods by doing nothing at all!

MATCHMAKING IN CROSSPLAY

  • Added a new cross-platform invasion option on PSN, Xbox, Steam, Epic and Microsoft Store. You can set your cross-platform matchmaking setting to All (all platforms) or Same (just your platform). You can also set your cross-platform matchmaking controller to All (all controller types) or Same (only your controller).

UPDATES / SETTINGS

  • Improved “Pirate” and “Charm Maker” side missions.
  • Improved rewards for several side missions.
  • Added more trinkets to loot (dropped by enemies) and placed trinkets in certain areas of levels.
  • Improved the delivery stand by adding a clear confirmation message and turning on the delivery stand screen so that orders can be checked immediately.
  • Added pictures of the four HZN doors to the lore cards for “Julianna’s Trail: The Hunt”.
  • Disposable bottles are no longer health items to pick up.
  • Replaced the artwork for the completion card of the “Power Takeover: Infusion” Track.
  • Clarified Egor’s Visionary and Golden Loop markers in Updaam (evening) to match Wenjie’s marker in Updaam (evening) and Egor’s marker in the Complex (evening).
  • Added a new battery station near Aleksis Mansion in Updaam. You’ll find her behind the statue, near the cliff.
  • Adjusted some accessibility options: “Combat Difficulty” renamed to “Loop Tension”, “Loop Tension Lock” removed and “Loop Quality” added.
  • Various improvements made to the translation of texts.

CONTROLLER UPGRADE

  • Added inner and outer dead zone adjustments to the options menu.
  • Added axial damping adjustments (corrects vertical pressures to help look up or down) to the options menu.
  • Added camera acceleration to the options menu.
  • Added camera sensitivity (speed) to the options menu.

BUGS FIXES

  • Fixed an issue that caused the player to get stuck in menus.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the player to get stuck in the login queue for a failed login when invading a friend.
  • Fixed several random crashes and stability issues.
  • Miscellaneous bug fixes.
