Since December 16, 2020, the date on which her husband Cédric reported her disappearance, Delphine Jubillar has remained untraceable. If the police are studying several hypotheses (exactly five) and have already identified the potential suspects, the mystery remains. But as always in the news, some have fun playing investigators … Several groups are also dedicated to the case on Facebook, and Internet users are putting forward their own theories on what would have happened to the nurse. 33 years old from Cagnac-les-Mines. Many have already drawn a dubious parallel to the murder of Alexia Daval – covered up by her husband Jonathann for months – thus openly accusing Cedric Jubillar of being responsible for his wife's disappearance. A hypothesis (for the moment unfounded) which is based in particular on rumors of tensions within the couple, who had been in the process of divorce since the summer.
But recently, a relative of the family also came out of the silence to point the finger at Cédric Jubillar. In a documentary titled Delphine Jubillar, the untraceable mother of the Tarn, broadcast on Wednesday March 3, 2021 by France Bleu Occitanie, the latter makes particularly damning confidences. “Several times before the disappearance, we heard him say to his mother: 'Yes, I'm going to kill her, I'm going to bury her, no one is going to find her, she wants to leave me, she wants to ask for a divorce' (… ) He knew he was going to lose everything, that he was going to have to start all over again from the beginning. For him, Delphine was the pillar, she was the one who did everything. He had it all thanks to her. Overnight, seeing yourself lose everything can drive a man crazy ”, declares the source in particular, anonymously. Charges which particularly revolted the mother of Cédric Jubillar, also targeted.
"But by what hatred of my son is this person then animated?"
After several attempts, our colleagues from Parisian managed to contact Nadine Jubillar. “These words are shocking, hurtful and very serious. And most importantly, they are completely inaccurate. Never ever, Cédric has said such things and especially not in front of me. I can guarantee it ”, she said. For Delphine Jubillar's mother-in-law, no doubt, someone is trying to compromise her son: “This person, who wishes to remain anonymous, wants to harm Cédric, that's obvious. But from there to telling such lies, it's mind-blowing. " Finally, Nadine Jubillar again denied the claims of this famous close to the family. “As for the custody issue, that is yet another lie. Delphine and Cédric had agreed on the principle of alternating custody. But by what hatred of my son is this person animated?”, she concluded, in total incomprehension. For their part, investigators from the Toulouse prosecutor's office are studying this testimony, which has not appeared in any of the depositions so far, and of course seeking to identify the perpetrator.
