Delphine Jubillar: the chilling theory of some inhabitants of her village on the whereabouts of her body

More than a year after the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, the search to find the 33-year-old nurse continues in the Albi region. In Cagnac-les-Mines where Delphine Jubillar lived with her husband Cédric and their children, a disturbing theory is more talked about than the others…

The new excavations which began on Monday January 17 around Cagnac-les-Mines have still yielded nothing, however the police do not skimp on the means implemented to find Delphine Jubillar, who disappeared in December 2020. If some, and in particular the relatives of the nurse, fear that it is a new false track, others really think that the mother of the family could be buried around from a farm. If it was this area, which is less than a kilometer from the Jubillar’s home, that attracted the attention of the police, it is because Cédric Jubillar, indicted for murder of a spouse, would have spoken of this famous Drignac farm to his co-detainees from Toulouse-Seysses prison. Despite this track, several inhabitants of the region have a completely different theory.

According to the words of Georges, a local resident, collected by the Parisian, it is not at the farm that the police will find the body of Delphine Jubillar, even if the research section and the soldiers of the specialized operational excavations have joined forces. “These places were searched several times by the support group and by the gendarmes. If they had to find, I think they would have found“explains Georges, who is part of those who have another idea of where the corpse might be. “Some say she is buried nearby, others say she is weighted down in the Tarn and will never be found. Cédric walks the investigators, he is a manipulator. For me, she is somewhere in the Tarn” said the local resident, who thinks that Cédric Jubillar simply weighted his wife’s body before throwing it into the river.

Is Delphine’s body at the bottom of a river?

Obviously, even if he has his own idea, Georges wants the same thing as the majority of the population: that the body be found. “For his children, whom I sincerely pity, wish they found something, that they could bury him“. Since his disappearance on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, Delphine Jubillar remains at the heart of the news, in large part because of the absence of a body. Her husband Cédric Jubillar is presumed innocent but remains the prime suspect and in particular because of statements attributed to him concerning the death of Delphine and the place where she would be buried.
