Delphine Jubillar’s cellphone: a notification received the night of her disappearance relaunches the investigation

Will the new elements in the case of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar finally lead to the discovery of her body?

There is movement on the side of the Jubillar affair, with recently a new analysis of Delphine Jubillar’s pair of glasses, but also an answer to the question of whether Elyah and Louis, the children of Delphine and Cédric, were drugged the night of the disappearance. And that’s not all. Our colleagues from Parisian also shared the discovery of a new element that could be the source of a new track. This is’a Google notification sent to Delphine Jubillar’s phonewhich remains untraceable, just like its owner, since December 16, 2020. As a reminder the phone died on December 16, 2020 in the morning at 7:48 am. According to the report’s conclusion, the notification received by the nurse’s mobile “is unusually without information like local weather“.

Concretely, how can this help? Well the experts continue, thanks to a reconstructed version of the cell phone, to get information on what happened the night of the disappearance. Because with more and more information about phone activity, investigators may have an increasingly precise idea of the actions and gestures of Delphine Jubillar or the person who had her phone during the disappearance. Other known information states that at 6:52 a.m. on the morning of the disappearance, “the phone was unlocked by human action because it had an unlocking system”.

Did Cédric Jubillar turn off Delphine’s phone?

The investigators therefore do not know if, on the morning of December 16, 2020, it was Delphine Jubillar who unlocked her mobile phone for the last time or if it was, as they suspect, Cédric Jubillar who did it to permanently turn off his wife’s cell phone. At that time, however, and as recalled in a summary of the Jubillar case, the police were present at Cédric Jubillar’s house to note the disappearance of his wife. But the plasterer, who was indicted in June 2021 for spousal murder, was not a suspect at the time and therefore could have, while the police made the rounds of the house and the surrounding area, handle his wife’s cell phone. Until proven otherwise by the competent authorities, Cédric Jubillar is still presumed innocent.
