(Boursier.com) — In the first half of 2022, the four branches of DeltaDrone achieve a consolidated turnover up 22%, amounting to 8.5 million euros (6.98 ME in the 1st half of 2021). The first commands related to the ISS Spotter and Countbot systems are effective.

The beginning of 2022 was marked by the end of heavy R&D investments and the start of the marketing of the Countbot and ISS Spotter systems. However, it appeared necessary, in parallel, to work on a significant reduction in operating costs. This program to significantly reduce operating costs in France (DDSA branch) has been completed and will take effect from the second half.

With an Ebitda loss of -4.66 ME in the 1st half of 2022 (-3.22 ME a year earlier), Delta Drone recorded an operating result of -6.43 ME (-4.34 ME in the 1st half of 2021) .

The net result group share is a loss of -5.07 ME in the 1st half.

Delta Drone has 2.32 ME in cash (5.36 ME as of June 30, 2022) after fundraising of 3 ME to sustain the cash. It should be noted that Delta Drone issued, in two tranches on July 15 and September 15, within the framework of issues reserved for the benefit of certain investors, a total number of 60,000 simple bonds (OS) with a nominal value of 56 euros ( 50 euros each) representing a bond loan for a total principal amount of 3.36 ME, for gross proceeds of 3 ME. As an indication, the participation of a shareholder holding 1% of the share capital of the company prior to the issue and not participating in it would be reduced to 0.11% on a diluted basis, after the issue of the new shares.
