Stiftung Warentest tested a total of 19 deodorants – ten “women’s” products and nine unisex deodorants. It was striking that only a few of the pump and aerosol sprays were able to prevent the smell of sweat for 24 hours.
Only six deodorants received the grade “good”, including a unisex product from Sebamed and five deodorant sprays for women from Edeka, Netto Marken-Discount, Garnier, Nivea and Fa. The prices per 100 milliliters were for the well-rated deodorants between 0.48 euros and 2.19 euros.
Note: The test took place for issue 5/2021. It cannot be ruled out that the manufacturers have changed their recipe in the meantime.
