(CercleFinance.com) – Derichebourg Aeronautics Services, German subsidiary of the Derichebourg Group, announces the acquisition of Ylipson.
This company has specialized in aeronautical engineering for more than 50 years. Based in Hamburg, it achieved a turnover of more than 5.8 million euros in 2021 and employs 91 people.
‘This acquisition brings additional expertise aimed at positioning itself as an essential partner for Airbus, in particular for EMES3 services’, indicates the group.
