(Boursier.com) — The group Derichebourg posted new historic results for its 2021-2022 financial year ending at the end of September. Annual sales amounted to 5.3 billion euros, up 45.9% compared to the previous year. The Environmental Services activity grew by 57.9% and the Multiservices activity by 7.9%.

Current EBITDA reached a record level of 510.1 ME, or 9.7% of sales. Ecore’s estimated contribution is 115 ME since its acquisition. Considering a consolidation of Ecore over 12 months, current EBITDA would have been 535 ME.

Operating profit was 344.5 ME, up 31.1%. Net income attributable to shareholders is 237.6 ME, up 36.5% compared to last year. The board of directors will propose to the general meeting the payment of a dividend of 0.32 euro per share, representing 21.5% of the net profit attributable to shareholders.

Derichebourg announces that the first months of the current financial year are taking place in line with the last months of the previous financial year: volumes impacted by constrained economic forecasts, which make customers cautious about their inventory levels, a fortiori in a context of excessively high energy costs. The dissipation of fears about the availability of electricity, leading to a fall in prices, and slightly more favorable economic forecasts would be likely to lead to a recovery in volumes.

In the Multiservices activity, Derichebourg thinks that turnover should continue to grow, and approach one billion euros. “The favorable commercial momentum in all business lines will contribute to this, as well as the full-year effect of the external growth operations carried out during the past financial year. Current EBITDA should increase. This anticipation assumes that the division will absorb (through customers, through productivity, by reducing overheads) wage inflation in the Cleaning France business”, specifies the group.
