Guido Maria Kretschmer is happy about the addition of a four-legged family member. The “beautiful Mila” has come into the designer’s life.
About a month ago, Guido Maria Kretschmer (59) had to cope with a terrible loss: Idaya, the beloved dog of the designer and his husband Frank Mutters (born 1955), died at the age of just four. “It’s breaking our hearts,” the popular “Shopping Queen” star admitted at the time in an emotional Instagram post. But now a new four-legged friend has moved in with the Kretschmer couple: “the beautiful Mila”.

Kretschmer shared the good news on Sunday afternoon (May 19th). with his over 877,000 followers on Instagram. “A little over a week ago we had a new addition to the family. It was love at first sight and the beautiful Mila settled in well with us after just a few days – almost as if she had always been there,” describes the designer Entering his new dog with warm words. The 59-year-old shares a series of pictures of the noble newcomer.
Particularly moving: According to Kretschmer, dog Ivy, obviously the sister of the recently deceased Idaya, is “very happy about her new playmate after mourning her sister.” The couple are avowed dog fans and have several four-legged friends. They already mourned the loss of their dog Aimée last year.
