Desired crime scene: The desired crime novel "The Faithful Roy" leads to a steel mill

The voting result for the repetition of the thriller on Sunday is certain. The audience chose "Tatort: Der lue Roy" in the program.

The spectators voted and the next decision was made: On Sunday (July 26, 8:15 p.m.) "Tatort" fans can once again see Kira Dorn (Nora Tschirner, 39) and Lessing (Christian Ulmen, 44 ) looking forward. As part of the Sunday crime summer break, the first shows the repetition of the dream film "Tatort: Der Treue Roy" (2016).

The crime story

Dorn and Lessing are called into the steel mill – the employees have discovered a body in the wood-fired slag. The dead are Roy Weischlitz (Florian Lukas), as the investigations show. The surveillance video quickly shows: This is murder, but it does not deliver a perpetrator. The commissioners listen to Weischlitz's surroundings and track down a sibling war.

But that alone would be too easy: There is Weischlitz 'former friend Karsten (Thomas Wodianka), who lost a leg through him. In addition, his buddy Frank (Sebastian Hülk) and above all a Czech-Saxon prostitute play an essential role. And then Weischlitz is said to have been the culprit of earlier crimes and slashed three women years ago …

Is it worth turning on?

The investigator team's third case is also the third case penned by Murmel Clausen and Andreas Pflüger. Your handwriting is unmistakable. In the usual manner, the commissioners punch out one dry saying after the other. The sometimes rather black humor definitely sits. And the Commissioners' performance does the same – luckily.

After all, the harmony of the Tschirner-Elmen team is hardly enough to really save this "crime scene". The plot seems confused at times, the viewer is always faced with bizarre twists and turns in the end … Good question. In the end, he remains quite lost, that much can be revealed. For fans of Nora Tschirner and Christian Ulmen, "The faithful Roy" should be entertaining, but everyone else is at risk of disappointment.

Repeat requests for the 50th anniversary

The crime series to choose from – without the films already shown – will be available again after the broadcast on Sunday. You can only vote online. The desired "crime scene" repetitions run as part of the summer break until Sunday, August 30th. The first new premiere is scheduled for September 6th.
