Desired crime scene: The spectators chose Boerne and Thiel

The audience decided and chose the repetition of the crime scene "crime scene: catch shot" in the program. Is it worth turning on?

The next desired "crime scene" repeat as part of the Sunday crime summer break is certain: "crime scene: catch shot" (2017). The film will be broadcast on Sunday (June 28) at 8:15 p.m. in the first.

That's what the thriller is about

Did IT expert Sebastian Sandberg really throw himself off his balcony? Commissioners Frank Thiel (Axel Prahl) and Nadeshda Krusenstern (Friederike Kempter) begin the investigation. Prof. Boerne (Jan Josef Liefers) and Silke "Alberich" Haller (ChrisTine Ursprung) did not find any evidence of a murder in forensic medicine straight away. But there is evidence of a break-in in the dead man's apartment.

Now Frank Thiel finally wants to go to the gym, when colleague Krusenstern reports with an urgent effort. At this very moment, a strange young woman is standing in front of the commissioner's apartment door: Leila Wagner (Janina Fautz) claims to be Thiel's daughter. But that has to wait. Just like the preparations for the oral hunting exam: Prof. Boerne wants to re-enact game in the forests of the Münsterland in the future. But first his expertise as a legal doctor is needed. Because the IT expert is not the only murder victim.

A journalist is found lifeless in a homestead outside the city gates. He was known nationwide for his persistent research – and was currently taking a close look at a local feed company for his latest story …

Is it worth turning on?

Definitely! The film manages to entertain for 90 minutes while maintaining tension until the very end. Garnished with good characters and strong actors. Wonderful Sunday evening entertainment doesn't need more. Of course you have to get involved with the comedy elements, but the film is not overlaid by it and the "normal" crime thriller fan is not disturbed by it either. In "Crime Scene: Catch Shot" the funny and serious passages balance each other without losing sight of the tension. A remarkable Münster crime thriller!

New week, new opportunity

The crime series to choose from – without the films already shown – will be available again after the broadcast on Sunday. You can only vote online. The desired "crime scene" repetitions run as part of the summer break until Sunday, August 30th. The first new premiere is scheduled for September 6th.

Anniversary series "Tatort" classics

However, one of the most unusual cases of her career so far awaits Munich chief crime commissioners Ivo Batic (Miroslav Nemec) and Franz Leitmayr (Udo Wachtveitl) and her assistant Carlo Menzinger (Michael Fitz).

On a walk, Klara Werdin (Ellen Schwiers) watches a man burying an elongated wooden box in a clearing. Ms. Werdin can describe the man and notifies the police. A body is found in the wooden box. Shortly afterwards the carpenter Ludwig Gruber (Hilmar Thate) is arrested. At first, Batic is not really convinced of Gruber's perpetration, because Gruber was popular with the children of the neighborhood as a "storyteller". Gruber is admitted, however, puzzles the commissioners …
