Deutsche Bank repatriates its IT staff. Prior to the invasion of Ukraine, the German lender had about 1,500 developers at two core software technology centers in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Over the past three months, the bank has quietly relocated to Berlin half of them and their families, those who accepted the offer.
