Devid Striesow: Filming for a new ZDF comedy has started

Devid Striesow is currently in action for ZDF: Filming for the new comedy "Boomerang Kids" has started in Munich.

Start of shooting for "Boomerang Kids": As ZDF announced, a new comedy is currently being produced in and around Munich. In the leading roles the former "Tatort" commissioner Devid Striesow (46), Anja Schneider (43) and Max Schimmelpfennig (24). In the story, a married couple (Striesow and Schneider) move into a small apartment in the vibrant city after their children have moved out of the row house in a quiet suburb and are confronted with new problems.

The shooting is expected to last until September 11, 2020, a broadcast date has not yet been set. The Grimme Prize winner Florian Schwarz (46) is currently sitting on the director's chair, the script comes from Peter Probst (62), who has written several "Tatort" productions. He also received one of the coveted Grimme Awards for his work on the multi-award-winning television film "Die Midwife – Auf Leben und Tod".
