Being one of the most anticipated games of the year 2023, Diablo 4 feeds many rumors. Recently, several rumors, emanating from rather reliable sources, implied a release of the title for the month of April 2023, which is good news for the community, since it means that there are only about six months to wait, before finally discovering the title.
However, as always, these rumors should be taken with a grain of salt, and it’s Blizzard President Mike Ybarra himself who reminds future players, and others, not to always believe what we see on social media. In a simple but effective tweet, the latter explains “don’t believe everything you read”. Even though Diablo IV isn’t directly mentioned, it’s the only major Blizzard rumor in recent days..
Don’t believe everything you read.

Thus, the hack ‘n’ slash would not be launched in April 2023, but later (or sooner in case of a good surprise). In any case, the studio has claimed, on several occasions, that Diablo 4 would arrive in the year 2023. However, we could learn more about this release date in a few weeks, especially during the Games Awards 2022, which will be held at the beginning of December.
