Blizzard’s new action role-playing game Diablo 4 has been released, but there can always be problems with the release of large online games. The login may not succeed, there are lags or even crashes. There could be server issues with Diablo 4.

Login not possible
You can’t log in.
If the login fails, this could have something to do with server problems. But also check that your Battle-net account is correctly linked to your platform account (e.g. PSN).
Couch co-op not working
You cannot play in couch co-op.
Keep in mind that couch co-op in Diablo 4 only works on consoles, not PC. You also need a PlayStation account for your session on the PlayStation, for example, as well as a linked Battle.net account for the couch co-op partner. Also, the couch co-op partner must have completed the game’s prologue. In a pinch, player 1 should create a new character and complete the prologue with player 2. However, player 2 should take the lead in this game.
Online game not possible
You cannot play online.
Check if your local internet connection is working. You must also have PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold (included in Game Pass) on console, otherwise you will not be able to play. If the problems persist, it is possible that there are server problems at the moment. Otherwise, try restarting your platform.
Freeze – Game freezes
The picture freezes and you can’t do anything anymore.
You probably have no choice but to restart the game. After a restart, the game can work normally again, it doesn’t necessarily have to be long-term server problems. Reboots have always worked for us. Since the game also autosaves, not much progress should be lost.
Error code 300202
You get error code 300202 when logging in: “An error occurred while logging in.”
This error code indicates current server problems at Blizzard. You can only be patient until it works again.
Couch co-op for three or four people is not possible
You can’t play 3 or 4 players on one TV.
Couch co-op only works with two players in Diablo 4. However, two players can join online teams in couch co-op.
Error 395002
You will get the error code 395002.
According to the game blog The Loadout, if you receive this message, it indicates that the servers are full. It is best to log in again at a different time. The number of players should be high, especially in the evenings.
