This will undoubtedly be the big attraction on the video game side of smartphones and touch tablets these next few weeks. Diablo Immortal finally arrived on mobiles but problems came to spoil the launch.

After years of waiting, Diablo Immortal jumped into the deep end! Now available on iOS, Android and PC, Blizzard’s free-to-play should be widely downloaded across the world. Unfortunately, not all players start their journey on an equal footing as serious technical problems have been reported in recent hours.

Some mobiles in great difficulty

At present, Diablo Immortal presents significant malfunctions on Samsung smartphones equipped with an Exynos processor. Several models are even unable to run the game. As for the others, they are plagued by extremely annoying graphic bugs. If we are to believe the first feedback published on Reddit, the Blizzard title would be almost unplayable. So much so that a list of incompatible devices has been put online.

  • Samsung Galaxy A12, A13, A21s, A51 5G and Galaxy A Quantum
  • All Galaxy S10 series
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 10
  • Samsung Galaxy F12 and F62
  • Samsung Galaxy M12, M13 and M62
  • Samsung Galaxy XCover 5

Also, according to the site SamMobilethe yet very recent Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus also encountered major visual problems on Diablo Immortal. Blizzard is currently working on a fix, but the game may be removed from online stores for these devices in the meantime.
