Diablo IV: $666 million in revenue and other big numbers, it’s a hit from launch

After years of waiting for players, a big communication fromActivision-Blizzard and an already enormous emulation during the beta phases, no one doubted the success of Diablo IV. It was initially critical, with very good feedback from the international press, and it is now clear that the public has been there since its release.

The editor has indeed just confirmed, in homage to the number of the Beastthat Diablo IV had surpassed $666 million in revenue in just 5 days of operation! The number of units sold has not been precisely mentioned, but given that the game is sold at a reference price of €69.99 or €79.99 depending on the platform, we can imagine that it is approaching slowly, but surely 10 million copies sold. Either way, it’s the “fastest-selling Blizzard game of all time.”

If you want other numbers, know that, since the June 6 launch on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, there have been more than 166 million games launched, 276 million hours played, 2.73 billion monsters killed and already more than 6,263 players who have exceeded level 100. You can increase these statistics by obtaining Diablo IV from €58.73 on Amazon.co.uk.
