2024 - Diablo IV: when do you get the horse exactly?

How to recover your mount in Diablo IV?

In Diablo IV, the story consists of six acts. After the prologue which brings us to the first big city, we have immediate access to the first three acts. It is only after having completed them that we can unlock the horse (at the very beginning of Act 4, therefore). There is not much to do since you just have to follow the path. It makes sense that Blizzard Entertainment will wait halfway through the game to provide a mount. During the first hours, the common thread does not encourage you to go very far, which allows you to better frame the experience (a big plus for neophytes). On the other hand, once you have explored the map enough, going faster with a horse is a real luxury. This is all the more true if you are quite calm when you are on it (the enemies are strangely quite passive, even if the horse can be scared and make you fall). To quickly explore the corners of Sanctuary, there is no better (apart from teleportation portals). Also note that there are some interactions in the fights. For example, you can trigger an attack while going down – which gives the passage a very classy animation.

There is a definite benefit to exploring Sanctuary from top to bottom. Divided into regions, Diablo IV is full of things to discover or do: dungeons, side quests, statues bearing the image of Lilith (which offer permanent bonuses), random events… So many activities that allow you to improve your character.
