While visiting the University of Stratford, east of London (United Kingdom), Wednesday February 8, the monarch met several students of the establishment. As reported BFM TVone of them then asked him a burning question: “Can you bring Harry back?“ A question that had the gift of leaving Charles III perplexed. “Who is that ?“ he then replied.
