Did you like 365 Days? This new Netflix movie is just as hot and a lot less problematic

Notice to fans of films considered hot, a new sensual thriller has landed on Netflix. Here’s what you need to know about “Looking forward to being betrayed.”

Notice to fans of hot and sensual films, new content not recommended for those under 16 has joined the Netflix catalog. Combining romance, thriller and drama, this Brazilian feature film falls into the category of so-called “soft porn” films and series such as Sex/Life, Elite or 365 Days.

Directed by Diego Freitas – to whom we already owe Beyond the Universe on Netflix – and based on the book by Sue Hecker, this film is called The Pleasure of Being Betrayed. Its title already gives a glimpse of what the public will discover, namely a mixture of betrayals and low blows, sexuality and pleasure.

A film that raises the temperature and is less problematic than 365 Days

The Pleasure of Being Betrayed tells the story of Babi (Giovanna Lancelotti), a young woman who has a perfect life on paper: a rewarding job, Thiago (Bruno Montaleone) and Paty (Camilla de Lucas), loyal friends, and Caio (Micael Borges), a charming fiancé. But everything changes when she discovers during her bachelorette party that Caio is cheating on her.

As her world collapses, Babi decides to take control of her life, change her look, kick Caio out of her personal and professional life and return to her past pursuits, notably motorcycling by joining the Harpies club of Asphalt.

Above all, she will meet judge Marco (Leandro Lima), for whom she feels an inexplicable attraction. Babi then begins a relationship with him, which is much more spicy than the one she had with Caio. But Marco also hides secrets. And Babi will understand that she must be wary of those close to her…

Netflix

If The Pleasure of Being Betrayed is riddled with explicit sex scenes and nudity, like the 365 Days trilogy, the film is much less problematic than the Polish franchise, which has been subject to numerous criticisms for “its glamorization of sequestration and rape.

The Brazilian film is certainly based on a steamy appeal but remains at heart a dramatic thriller which tells a story of betrayal, love and investigation, with the addition of graphic sensual scenes to raise the temperature. Lovers of soft porn and other erotic thrillers will find what they are looking for here.

The film The Pleasure of Being Betrayed is available on Netflix.
