Didier Raoult "egocentric" and "narcissistic": Pierre Perret pays the star doctor: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

Pierre Perret still has that round face and that laughing look that narrows when his eternal kid's smile begins to emerge. But the 86-year-old singer is also known for his loyal commitment and certain provocations. Author of sometimes daring songs, this goldsmith of words also knows how to shoot when it tickles him. In an interview published on July 12, 2020 in the daily newspaper Noon Free, Pierre Perret spoke about the coronavirus crisis and one of its main players, the doctor Didier Raoult. "I feel like this gentleman is a little self-centered at the edges", begins the artist who remained confined in the Tarn-et-Garonne."He has an image that he must often contemplate upon waking up. There is still a undeniable narcissistic side in the character he embodies and displays.", he continues.

Pierre Perret, artist still very committed

The songwriter guns down the behavior of Didier Raoult, judged haughty by many, since the beginning of this health crisis: "I am not claiming that he is incapable. I say that discretion and perhaps realism have maybe sometimes escaped". Professor Raoult is not the first to be the target of the incisive pen of Pierre Perret since the latter released a song on Youtube on June 9, 2020, entitled The Confinis. In this text, he attacks notably the former government spokesman Sibeth Ndiaye, the American president Donald Trump and the doctors who contradict each other. He will also add this title to the repertoire of his provisional farewells, his tour which will start at Salle Pleyel in Paris, on October 10 and 11, 2020.
