The journalist questions him about his choice, not to have realized "randomized study with a control group and a placebo control", who questions "people". Professor Didier Raoult replied confidently: "Think again, people they think like me. You think they think like you, but you are wrong. " David Pujadas responds that the "people are divided". " Do you want to do a survey between you and me? (…) Want to poll Veran and me to see who to believe? Do you want to see what credibility is? " then provocatively launched Didier Raoult. "In Marseille, I'm sure you have a record rate", David Pujadas replies, while the doctor encourages him to "do surveys" in all of France.

In a video published on the Youtube account of the IHU Mediterranean on May 25, Didier Raoult already severely tackled the study, which he describes as a "messy study done with big data".
