Didier Roustan and Pierre Ménès will not spend their summer holidays together. On the occasion of the release of his application dedicated to football entitled “La Roustanie”, the sports journalist Didier Roustan, who is the face of the program “L’Equipe du soir”, was invited on the set of Buzz TV . If he talked about his new professional project, he also wanted to clarify things about his colleague Pierre Ménèsat the center of several sexual harassment cases.
Asked about his former colleague, he was asked if he was surprised by the accusations against Pierre Ménès for many months. And the least we can say is that Didier Roustan was very firm with his colleague. “He was the one who worked with me. I was in charge of a program on L’Équipe TV called Finally du foot. We had to choose columnists and Vincent Régnier, one of the leaders of the channel. says: ‘there’s a guy whining all the time, get him’. Pierre Ménès, I knew him by name. I received him, he was nice with a good football culture. But it had to be framed! I took him by the neck, I said to him: ‘Pierrette, calm down a little'”.

The two men rubbed shoulders on a daily basis for more than five years. But Didier Roustan affirms it: “I never saw him adopt inappropriate behavior towards a woman“. The sports journalist did not however hide that the character Pierre Ménès is complicated to manage. “At the time, he needed a lot of recognition. Pierre Ménès owes me a lot! Let him stay in his world! When I saw that he was very ill, it made me sad. I was this close to texting him. And I said to myself that I was dumb as a whale. Especially since he is able to answer me: ‘Fuck you'”.
