What is a change in diet?

There is no fixed definition for a change in diet, but it is often linked to the desire eating healthier and more balanced. The goals can be, for example, weight loss or more energy. Unhealthy eating habits not only make us gain weight, they also make us sluggish. Unlike a short-term diet, a change in diet should be long-term.

You don't have to change your entire diet directly from one day to the next. This often just overwhelms and makes it difficult to hold out. Better: Every week, replace a "bad" eating habit with a "good" one. For example, from week one you can drink juice spritzers instead of the sugary lemonade, from week two replace the chips while watching TV with vegetable sticks etc.

  • Boost metabolism: Hot spices such as chilli and ginger really get our metabolism going and help us burn calories
