Because her art is so popular on social media, the 25-year-old has ventured into self-employment as a graphic designer and illustrator: “I wish that many people would hang up my works in their living rooms and be reminded again and again how beautiful they are it’s outside, or being encouraged to go up a mountain again yourself.” Maria will certainly not run out of work: “There are just so many beautiful mountains that not everyone necessarily knows, but that you can illustrate.” The current one is Koschuta on it.
