In the new RTL quiz show “In 55 questions around the world – The big GEO show”, science journalist Dirk Steffens (55) wants to send five celebrities “on a mission”. As the broadcaster announced about the planned show, the celebrities in different countries on different continents should each devote themselves to a specific project “to learn more about our world. They make spectacular experiences and collect remarkable information about nature, people and animals”. , it is said about the new show.
As experts for a continent, the prominent participants return to the studio and compete against each other in quiz rounds. In the final, expert Dirk Steffens will play for victory and prize money for one of the special projects.
The new show wants to combine “an exciting quiz with powerful visual missions of the celebrities”. In addition, awareness of climate and species protection is to be created. Jungle camp star Sonja Zietlow (54) leads through the quiz evenings as moderator, supported by “GEO” expert Steffens. The broadcast is planned for 2023 on RTL.
