Dirndl for everyone: Influencer duo sets an example with their collection

It’s a sore subject; Sizes 36-40 are still considered standard, although many bodies do not correspond to these units of measurement. This also applies to dirndls. The influencer duo “The skinny and the curvy one” Sophia Thorer and Verena Prechtl have recognized the need on the market and have teamed up with the traditional house Ludwig Beck to bring a dirndl collection onto the market, which is available in a size range of 32 -52 acts. Co-designer Verena says herself: “Especially modern and high-quality dirndls are difficult to find from size 46. And we quickly agreed that something had to be changed…”

And the concept works. Ludwig Beck board member Christian Greiner reveals: “I was totally taken by surprise when I looked into the system at night. The response was great.” The designs are classic and traditional, but have their own twist. For example, the two combine lace blouses to the velvet dirndl dress at the presentation of the collection.
