Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: “hairy elements”, a disturbing track gives its verdict

While it has now been more than two years since Delphine Jubillar gave no sign of life, the investigation continues, in particular concerning the vehicle in which Cédric Jubillar is suspected of having transported the body of his wife.

More than two years after his death, Delphine Jubillar remains still and always untraceable at present. For the record, the nurse, who was 33 years old at the time of the events, disappeared without a trace during the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, near his home in Cagnac-les-Mines, located in the Tarn department. An investigation was opened, and the police began to suspect Delphine Jubillar’s husband of being involved in her sudden disappearance. It must be said that the couple was in the process of divorce at the time when the young mother of the family vanished into thin air.

Become the number 1 suspect in this case in the eyes of the investigators, Cedric Jubillar was indicted for “voluntary spousal homicide“, then placed in pre-trial detention on June 18, 2021. Claiming his innocence from the start, the father of the children of Delphine Jubillar has spent almost 18 months behind bars for the moment. During this period of time, the craftsman has filed several requests for release through his lawyers, all of which were rejected by the courts. For their part, the investigators carried out numerous searches near the couple’s house, with the aim of finding Delphine Jubillar, without success so far.

Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: the track leading to the car of a friend of Cédric Jubillar yielded no results

In recent months, investigations have mainly focused on the vehicle with which Cédric Jubillar is suspected of having transported the body of his wife. According to information disclosed by The Parisian Tuesday February 21, 2023, the DNA expertise carried out on human hairs, spotted in a white Peugeot 306, did not provide any convincing results. As a reminder, this vehicle belongs to a friend of Cédric Jubillar, who also lives in Cagnac-les-mines. Concretely, only one of the fifty “hair elements“taken from this car could give rise to a genetic analysis. The latter made it possible to identify a female profile, which is not that of Delphine Jubillar. As for the other hairs found in the vehicle, they were not usable due to an insufficient amount of DNA. For the moment, Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the facts with which he is accused.
