The investigation into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar no longer seems to be progressing. In an attempt to unblock the situation, justice provides for a transfer to the house of the couple of Delphine and Cédric Jubillar on December 13 for a judicial reconstitution. This had been scheduled for the first time on November 9, but the date had to be postponed due to scheduling reasons.
Recall that Cédric Jubillar, husband of the victim, is indicted and has been placed behind bars since June 18, 2021 for the murder of Delphine Jubillar. 35 year old man has always denied having killed his wife, although there are serious elements against him. Despite this, the body of the Tarn nurse has still not been found, and there is no formal evidence to confirm that Cédric Jubillar killed his wife on the night of December 15 to 16, 2021.
December 13, a symbolic date
The judicial reconstitution will therefore be held next December 13. A date that would almost give chills since, when it arrives, it will be almost two years to the day that Delphine has disappeared. Two years that his relatives are without news and imagine all the possible scenarios on the death of the nurse.
This reconstruction was thus decided to try to advance the investigation, which has been stalling for some time. This is an important and essential step in the investigation carried out by Audrey Assemat and Coralyne Chartier, the two magistrates. For the reconstruction to take place, Cédric Jubillar will be taken out of the remand center of Seysses, near Toulouse. Justice will thus confront him with a scenario of the crime within the couple’s house. The main suspect will be accompanied by his three lawyers, Mes Martin, Franck and Alary, one of whom wanted to warn the police in anticipation of this new stage: “There is no question of us making him play or mimic gestures he has never done during this evening from December 15 to 16, 2020″warned Me Alary.
The scenario of the dispute still relevant
