For his part, Cédric Jubillar proclaims his innocence loud and clear. He has also filed several requests for release through his lawyers during his 18 months of detention. So far, these have all been rejected.. The judge therefore left the door open to a possible future release of the husband of Delphine Jubillar. As a reminder, the accommodation in which Cédric Jubillar should be accommodated, if he is one day released from prison, is a small studio of 25 square meters, located in Ariège.
