If the interrogation of Louis is dated the day before, November 25, 2021, the end of this hearing is not mentioned by any specific schedule. Also, if small cameras were placed on the table, no footage of the boy’s audition was found. Could this be due to an oversight or a technical problem? Me Laurent Boguet, civil party, representing the interests of the son of Cédric and Delphine Jubillar assured: “In the event that this hearing is not validated, we will do a second one. But this is a non-event since there is, to date, no motion for nullity filed.“The defense will have a period of six months to raise a procedural defect and request the cancellation of this hearing. After this date, the interrogation remains valid.
